The sun is creeping over the horizon. The frost is still on the weed tops, the sky – clear as a UP lake. You can see the fog from your breath. Leaves crunch underfoot. An approaching V of Canadian Geese break the morning silence. Its hunting season… and you're finally hunting on your own property.

My name is Rick Patridge and I specialize in helping people buy and sell Michigan hunting and recreational properties.
